Concurrent resolution to issue a special stamp concerning free enterprise.

Expresses the sense of the Congress that the Citizens Stamp Advisory Committee of the United States Postal Service recommend to the Postmaster General that a special postage stamp be issued during 1976 commemorating 200 years of free enterprise in the United States.

Directs that a copy of this resolution be sent to the Citizens Stamp Advisory Committee of the United States Postal Service.
