Provides for adjournment of the Congress from May 22, 1975, until June 2, 1975. Directs the Speaker of the House and the President pro tempore of the Senate to notify the Members of the House and Senate of the adjournment. States that during the adjournment the Secretary of the Senate and the Clerk of the House shall be authorized to receive messages, including veto messages, from the President of the United States.
