Authorizes the Joint Committee on Arrangements for the Commemoration of the Bicentennial of the United States of America to provide facilities and services, including facilities for food and first aid, restrooms, and information, for visitors to the Capitol buildings and grounds. Authorizes the Joint Committee to enter into contracts and leases with public or private corporations or organizations or with individuals to provide, or assist in providing, such facilities and services.
Provides that all sums received from the provision of facilities and services authorized by this Act shall be paid over to the Secretary of the Senate and be deposited in the Treasury as miscellaneous receipts.
