A bill to amend part A to title XVIII of the Social Security Act to cover certain additional inpatient hospital services furnished outside the United States to individuals insured for benefits provided under such part A.

Provides coverage under title XVIII (Medicare) of the Social Security Act for inpatient hospital services furnished outside the United States to individuals insured for hospital benefits under such program, provided the individual: (1) maintains a United States residence; and (2) has been physically present within the United States within the preceding six-month period.
