Confers jurisdiction upon the United States District Court for the District of Oregon to render judgments on any claims filed by the Coos, Tower Umpqua, and Siuslaw Indian Tribes for compensation for the alleged taking of their ancestral lands without payment by the United States.
Limits the institution of such suits to one year after the enactment of this Act.
