State Department Authorization Act

State Department Authorization Act - Authorizes appropriations to the Department of State for fiscal year 1976, of the following amounts: (1) for the "Administration of Foreign Affairs", $423,405,000; (2) for "International Organizations and Conferences", $292,239,000; (3) for "International Commissions", $19,993,000; (4) for "Educational Exchange", $89,000,000; (5) for "Migration and Refugee Assistance", $10,100,000; and (6) such additional amounts as may be necessary for increases in salary, pay, retirement, or other nondiscretionary costs.

Authorizes appropriations for the Department of State for fiscal year 1977 of such sums as may be necessary to carry out the authorities, functions, duties, and responsibilities set forth for the above.

Authorizes additional appropriations to the United Nations Educational Scientific and Cultural Organization, the International Civil Aviation Organization, the International Atomic Energy Agency, the International Boundary and Water Commission, the Interparliamentary Union, and for migration and refugee needs.
