A bill to amend the Uniform Relocation Assistance and Real Property Acquisition Policies Act of 1970 to require itemized budget requests for funds to provide relocation assistance.

Requires the Budget transmitted to Congress by the President pursuant to the Budget and Accounting Act to contain a separate estimate for each Federal agency of the amount necessary to provide relocation payments and assistance under the Uniform Relocation Assistance and Real Property Acquisition Policies Act of 1970 during that fiscal year in connection with programs and projects carried out by such agency.
