A bill relating to the age and service requirements for the resignation and retirement of justices and judges of the United States.

Revises the resignation and retirement for age provisions governing any justice or judge of the United States by prescribing a schedule correlating attained age with years of service, in a one-year-of-age to one-year-of-service ratio, beginning with age 62 and 18 years of service and ending with age 70 and 10 years of service. (Amends 28, U.S.C. 371)
