A bill to amend the Arms Control and Disarmament Act, as amended, in order to extend the authorization for appropriations.

Authorizes the Director of the United States Arms Control and Disarmament Agency to grant access to classified information to contractors or subcontractors on the basis of a security clearance granted by the Department of Defense, or any agency thereof, to the individual concerned.

Extends the authorization for appropriations under the Arms Control and Disarmament Act, as amended, for fiscal years 1976 and 1977.
