A bill to eliminate the disability waiting period for individuals with terminal illnesses.

Eliminates the waiting period for disability benefits under Title II (Old-Age, Survivors, and Disability Insurance) of the Social Security Act for individuals with a disability which is anticipated to result in death within 12 months.
