A bill to authorize the Administrator of the National Aeronautics and Space Administration to name a space vehicle to be launched in 1976 the "Dr. Robert Hutchings Goddard Rocket."

Provides that in recognition of the enormous contribution of Dr. Goddard, the father of modern rocketry, the Administrator of the National Aeronantic and Space Administration is authorized to name any integrated launch or lift vehicle scheduled to be launched in 1976 to "Doctor Robert Hutchings Goddard Rocket".
