A bill to amend subchapter II of chapter 73 of title 10, United States Code, to redefine the terms "widow" and "widower".

Redefines the terms "widow" and "widower" for purposes of retirement and retainer pay paid to members of the Armed Forces to include a man or woman divorced from the annuitant before or after eligibility to retainer or retired pay but who had been married for 20 years or longer at the time of the finalized divorce and has not remarried.
