Older Americans Act Amendments - Revises the Older Americans Act of 1965 by: (1) extending the authorization of appropriations for two years; and (2) requiring that organizations and projects serving low-income, racial minority, or limited English-speaking individuals be given preference in awarding certain grants and contracts.
