Permits the guarantee of up to 90 percent of the loan amount under the Emergency Livestock Credit Act of 1974.
Increases the aggregate amount of loans which may be guaranteed under such Act from $250,000 to $500,000.
Extends the period for guaranteeing such loans to December 31, 1976.
