Summary

States that upon establishment of the Fort Union Trading Post National Historic Site, all lands owned by the State of North Dakota and known as Fort Buford Historic Site shall be included as a part of the Fort Union Site. Provides that the Secretary of Interior may acquire such land only by donation.
