A bill to provide for the return to the former owners of certain formal tribal lands acquired in connection with the Garrison Dam and Reservoir project.

Provides that approximately 418 acres, needed by the Three Affiliated Tribes of the Fort Berthold Reservation, North Dakota, and not needed for the purposes of the Garrison Dam Project, are hereby restored to the tribal ownership of the Three Affiliated Tribes. Authorizes appropriations to carry out this Act.
