Provides retirement benefits for employees of the Bureau of Indian Affairs and the Indian Health Service who have completed 20 years of service, served continuously from June 17, 1974, and are not entitled to Indian preference.
Provides a formula based on length of service for computing the amount of such retirement benefits.
