Limits the types of questions which may be asked in connection with the decennial censuses of population, unemployment, and housing, to: (1) name and address; (2) relationship to head of household; (3) sex; (4) date and place of birth; (5) race; (6) marital status; (7) educational attainment; (8) number of rooms in house or other living quarters; (9) number of family units in house or other living quarters; and (10) employment status and type of employment.
Allows additional questions to be asked if the House and Senate Committees on Post Office and Civil Service approve by resolution such questions.
