Provides, under title II (Old-Age, Survivors, and Disability Insurance) of the Social Security Act that an individual's entitlement to benefits shall continue through the month of his death (except where he continuation of such entitlement and the consequent delay in the payment of survivor benefits would reduce the total amount payable to the family).
