A bill authorizing and directing the Corps of Engineers to construct a four-lane high-level highway bridge between Clarkston, Washington, and Lewiston, Idaho.

Authorizes and directs the Corps of Engineers to construct a four-lane high-level highway bridge between Clarkston, Washington, and Lewiston, Idaho.

Provides that the non-Federal public bodies involved shall agree to: (1) hold the United States free from damages resulting from such construction; (2) grant all lands, easements, and rights-of-way necessary to such construction to the United States; and (3) maintain and operate the bridge after completion.
