A bill to amend the Communications Act of 1934 to add a new section with respect to the dissemination of obscene or indecent material by means of radio communication or cable television, and to repeal section 1464 of title 18, United States Code.

Amends the Communications Act of 1934 to prohibit the dissemination of obscene or indecent material, as defined in this Act, by means of radio or cable television.

Establishes criminal penalties consisting of a fine up to $10,000 or imprisonment of up to one year, or both, for the violation of the prohibition of this Act.
