A bill to amend the Walsh-Healey Act and the Contract Work Hours Standards Act to permit certain employees to work a ten-hour day in the case of a four-day workweek.

Amends the Walsh-Healey Act to permit employment not in excess of ten hours per day and not in excess of four days per week by employees of contractors of the Federal Government whose contracts exceed $10,000.

Amends the Contract Work Hours Standards Act to limit overtime pay only to hours worked in excess of ten hours in any calendar day or in excess of 40 hours during the workweek.
