A bill to amend title XVIII of the Social Security Act to provide that podiatrists shall be treated as "physicians" for certification and related purposes under the medicare program, and to provide coverage under the supplementary medical insurance program for the cutting and removal of warts; to amend title XIX of the Social Security Act to include podiatrists' services as physicians' services for the purposes of the medical assistance program authorized by that title.
