A bill to amend the Alaska Native Claims Settlement Act to provide for the withdrawal of lands for the Village of Klukwan, Alaska.
Amends the Alaska Native Claims Settlement Act to direct the Secretary of the Interior to withdraw 70,000 acres of public lands in order that the Village Corporation for the Village of Klukwan may select 23,040 acres. Requires the Secretary to consult with the Secretary of Agriculture regarding the public lands to be withdrawn.
