Contested Senate Elections Act - Establishes rules and procedures for contested elections for the office of United States Senator including provisions for notice, responses, defenses, motions, subpenas, and rules of evidence. Provides that unless the contest alleges fraud or misconduct attributable to the contestee, the person holding the last final certificate of election shall be seated pending determination of such contest. Makes allowances for reimbursement for reasonable expenses in a contested election including attorneys fees, provided that proper notification is given by the contesting party.
