A bill to extend coverage, under the insurance system established by title II of the Social Security Act, to service performed by an individual as a Member of Congress.

Amends the Internal Revenue Code, and Title II (Old-Age, Survivors, and Disability Insurance) of the Social Security Act to include Members of Congress in the coverage provided under such Title.
