A bill to provide tax credit for increased natural gas expenses resulting from changes in regulation of wellhead prices.

Revises the Internal Revenue Code to allow a tax credit against the income tax to an individual sixty-five years of age or older for 20 percent of the increased natural gas expenses paid by the taxpayer during that taxable year.
