A bill to authorize the Secretary of the Interior to amend the contract for the construction, operation, and maintenance of the Vermejo Reclamation Project between the Vermejo Conservancy District, located in the State of New Mexico, and the United States.

Authorizes the Secretary of the Interior, subject to the consent of the Vermejo Conservancy District, New Mexico, to amend a specified contract between such conservancy district and the United States for the construction, operation, and maintenance of the Vermejo reclamation project.
