A bill to authorize appropriations to the Energy Research and Development Administration for the initiation of construction of additions to existing uranium enrichment facilities for the fiscal year 1976 and for the period July 1, 1976 through September 30, 1976, by amending Public Law 94-187.

Decreases appropriation authorizations to the Energy Research and Development Administration for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1976, by reducing the amount authorized for additional facilities for enriched uranium production from $25,000,000 to $6,000,000.

Authorizes additional appropriations of $35,000,000 to the Administration for the period from July 1, 1976, to September 30, 1976, for such additional facilities.
