A bill to amend the Federal Railroad Safety Act of 1970 to authorize additional appropriations.
Authorizes appropriations not to exceed $8,750,000 for the transition period of July 1, through September 30, 1976, and $35,000,000 for fiscal year 1977 to carry out the provisions of the Federal Railroad Safety Act of 1970. Specifies the apportionment of such appropriation among the provisions of the Act.
