A bill to provide for increased participation by the United States in the International Finance Corporation, and for other purposes.

Amends the International Finance Corporation Act to authorize the United States Governor of the Corporation: (1) to vote for an increase in the authorized capital stock of the Corporation; and (2) if such increase becomes effective, to subscribe to a specified amount of such stock on behalf of the United States.

Authorizes the appropriation of $112,000,000 for the increase in the United States subscription.
