A bill to require certain employees of the United States to file a statement of income and net worth annually with the Comptroller General of the United States.

Requires that any officer or employee of any branch of the Federal Government who earns more than $25,000 per year must file annual statements disclosing the source and amount of his or her income and his or her net worth.

Requires that such statements must be properly sworn to be correct, notarized, and filed with the Comptroller General.
