A bill to amend the Foreign Service Buildings Act, 1926, to authorize additional appropriations.

Amends the Foreign Service Buildings Act, 1926, to authorize an increase of appropriations for fiscal year 1976 from $71,600,000 to $73,058,000 for the costs of foreign service buildings, other than the cost of acquisition and alteration of such buildings in specified geographical areas.

Authorizes the appropriation of $30,000,000 to carry out such Act in the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics.
