Prohibits the disclosure of information pertaining to the identities of persons or entities associated with the Central Intelligence Agency. Subjects anyone who willfully discloses such information to a fine of not more than $10,000, imprisonment for not more than 10 years, or both.
Bars prosecution under this Act if the information was communicated to: (1) a regularly constituted committee or subcommittee of the Senate or the House of Representatives, or any joint committee of the Congress, which has oversight of intelligence activities of the United States; or (2) a judge of any United States district court pursuant to an order of such court issued upon a showing that production of such information is reasonably needed for any judicial proceeding or investigation.
