A bill to amend section 1362 of title 18, United States Code, relating to the injury or destruction of communication lines, stations, or systems.

Provides that whoever willfully injures any commercial or public television radio broadcasting station licensed by the United States, shall be fined not more than $10,000 or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both (presently, such penalty applies only to communication systems controlled by the United States or used for military or civil defense functions of the United States).
