Prohibits the Central Intelligence Agency, the Defense Intelligence Agency, the National Security Agency, or any other intelligence-gathering office or agency of the Department of Defense from using their funds to pay any clergyman or employee or affiliate of a religious organization for intelligence-gathering services.
Prohibits anyone from soliciting or accepting the services of such persons for such agencies or offices. Provides a penalty of up to a $10,000 fine or imprisonment for up to five years or both for violators of this Act.
