A bill to amend title 28, United States Code, to provide for nonunanimous verdicts in the trial of civil actions.

Provides for non-unanimous jury verdicts of five-sixths in the trial of civil actions, before a court of the United States, unless the parties stipulate to a majority of less than five-sixths. (Adds 28 U.S.C. 1875)
