A bill to amend the Rivers and Harbors Act approved June 28, 1938, as amended and supplemented, to provide bank stabilization works on the Missouri River between Fort Randall Dam and Sioux City, Iowa.

Modifies the Rivers and Harbors Act to include such bank stabilization works in the region of the Missouri River between Fort Randall Dam and Sioux City, Iowa, as in the discretion of the Chief of Engineers, with the concurrence of the Nebraska and South Dakota Governors, are necessary.
