A bill to amend section 5532 of title 5, United States Code, relating to the reduction of retired or retirement pay of retired officers of the uniformed services who are employed by the Federal Government.

Authorizes a reduction in the retired or retirement pay of retired officers of the uniformed services who are employed by the Federal Government at a salary of at least $36,000 annually. (Amends 5 U.S.C. 5532)
