A bill to amend title XVIII of the Social Security Act to liberalize the conditions under which post-hospital home health services may be provided under part A thereof and home health services may be provided under part B thereof.

Eliminates the requirement, under title XVIII (Medicare) of the Social Security Act, that post-hospital home health services be furnished while the individual is under the care of a physician. States that such benefits may be provided for up to 200 visits (presently 100) per illness.
