A bill to amend title 18, United States Code, so as to impose mandatory minimum terms with respect to certain offenses.

Requires the imposition of mandatory sentences of not less than two years for specified cases of burglary and aggravated assault convictions under present Federal statutes.

Requires a mandatory sentence of not less than two years and which may be up to life imprisonment for specified cases of second degree murder convictions.

Requires a mandatory sentence of not less than two years for convictions to crimes involving the use of a firearm.

Specifies mandatory sentences for crimes involving heroin.

Increases the sentences of repeated Federal offenders.
