A bill to provide for open meetings of the Board of Directors of the Tennessee Valley Authority.

Provides that the meetings of the board of directors of the Tennessee Valley Authority shall be open to the public, except where the subject matter of the meetings relate solely to personnel or to matters necessary to be kept secret in the interests of national defense.
