Authorizes the Secretary of the Interior to carry out the following international activities: (1) participate in studies in cooperation with other nations and international organizations; (2) sponsor international natural resources and energy meetings and conferences of a nongovernmental nature; and (3) provide financial support for visits to the United States by representatives of other nations and international organizations pertaining to natural resources and energy programs.
Authorizes an appropriation of $500,000 to carry out the activities of this Act.
