A bill to amend the Independent Safety Board Act of 1974 to authorize additional appropriations.
Independent Safety Board Act Amendments - Permits the Independent Safety Board, when participating in an aircraft accident investigation under the Chicago Convention, to issue an order prohibiting the premature disclosure of confidential information obtained from such investigation, if so requested by a foreign state.
