Veterans Cost-of-Instruction Extension Act - Extends for thirty-nine months (until September 30, 1978) the veterans cost-of- instruction program under the Higher Education Act.
Requires a report for each fiscal year by institutions assisted under such Act to the Commissioner of Education on such programs.
Requires the Commissioner to appoint a head of an identifiable administrative unit, directly responsible to the Commissioner, to carry out functions related to such programs.
