Authorizes the Secretary of the Interior to acquire 1,120 acres in South Carolina to establish the Ninety Six National Historic Site. Authorizes the appropriation of $320,000 for such purpose, and of $2,463,000 for the development of essential public facilities at such site.
Requires the Secretary to submit within two years to the Committees on Interior and Insular Affairs of the House and Senate a master plan for the development of such site.
