Establishes a 25-member National Transportation Study Commission to study the Nation's future transportation needs and its ability to meet those needs. Requires that the Commission report on the present policies and programs of State, local, and Federal governments and new policies and programs required to meet the Nation's future transportation needs.
Authorizes to be appropriated $10,000,000 for use in carrying out this Act.
Terminates the Commission 90 days after the submission of its final report.
