National Center for Statistical Analysis of Highway Operation Act

National Center for Statistical Analysis of Highway Operations Act - Directs the Secretary of Transportation to establish within the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration a National Center for Statistical Analysis of Highway Operations to acquire, store, retrieve, and analyze highway accident data and promote the standardization of information and procedures for reporting accidents on a nationwide basis.

Directs the Secretary of Transportation to establish an Advisory Board for the National Center for Statistical Analysis of Highway Operations. Provides that such Board shall be made up of representatives of public and private entities which use such National Center and shall serve to advise on and to promote the proper utilization of the Center's services and data by appropriate public and private entities.

Authorizes to be appropriated the sums necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act.
