A bill to amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1954 to exclude from gross income the interest paid on certain industrial development bonds.

Excludes from gross income under the Internal Revenue Code the interest paid on qualified industrial development bonds if the land or property is located in a redevelopment area designated by the Secretary of Commerce under the Public Works and Economic Development Act.
