A bill to amend title 5, United States Code, to remove the limitation on the amount of the cost of living allowance payable to Federal employees stationed outside the continental United States.

Removes the limitation on the amount of the cost- of-living allowance (presently a maximum of 25 percent of the basic rate of pay) payable to Federal employees stationed outside the continental United States.

Provides that the data used to determine the cost-of-living allowance in Alaska be based on the living costs.
